Two new side loaders for GAD Gooi and Vechtstreek

Following a tender, we were allowed to deliver two modern side loaders to GAD Gooi and Vechtstreek. The vehicles are built for maximum efficiency and ease of use in daily waste collection.

The new side loaders feature an 18-cubic-meter body and are equipped with an ergonomic side loading device. Thanks to extra wear plates in the hopper and a raised paddle, the waste is optimally compacted, ensuring efficient waste collection.

The grabber can be operated from the cab using a joystick, allowing the driver to work safely and accurately. Additionally, the external control panel allows for extra flexibility during the collection rounds. For optimal visibility, the side loaders are equipped with two color monitors and four cameras. This provides the driver with continuous visibility on the lifting device, the hopper, and both the side and rear view around the vehicle.

The vehicles are also well-equipped in terms of maintenance. The integrated Dropsavet grease lubrication system automatically lubricates both body and chassis, contributing to maximum uptime and minimal wear.

The customer has chosen for a Volvo FE chassis, an ideal combination for daily use in the Gooi and Vechtstreek region.
