New in Nijmegen: two new Magnum GPM rear loaders

REMONDIS is active worldwide as a leading service provider in the field of recycling, waste collection and wastewater treatment. The company is also widely represented in the Netherlands, with activities ranging from regular waste collection and recycling to the processing of hazardous waste and integrated water management.

Recently, two new Magnum GPM rear loaders were put into operation at the Nijmegen location. These vehicles are equipped with a fully automatic split lift, specifically designed for the efficient emptying of large numbers of two-wheel containers in a short time. Four-wheel containers can also be taken on the route.

The rear loaders are build an a DAF XD 340 FAG chassis with a gross vehicle weight of 27 tonnes. The body has a volume of 20 m³ and a loading capacity of more than 12 tonnes, which ensures high operational efficiency on high-volume collection routes.

Both rear loaders are fitted with a Groeneveld Twin lubrication system for the body, lifter and chassis, which contributes to a longer life and lower maintenance requirements.

With this investment, REMONDIS is further expanding the capacity and reliability of its collection activities in the region.
